Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use it to send and track emails to our leads. It helps us to see the open and click rates, and lets us organize and create a new strategy using the analytics tool it has. We use it on the first touch with the leads on the account development department.

I think it is a powerful tool with an easy user interface and clarity among buttons and menus. Also, the add-on for Gmail is very easy to use and allows you to do activities right there in the mail, but I think that what I use the most is the Chrome add-on where I can check in real-time what people do with the emails I sent.

Actually, it is a great tool in general, at least for what I use it. It lets us automate a lot of things that otherwise one would have to do manually and would take a lot of time. Letting you know which emails bounce and have the chance to take them out of the flows or take to other steps when you don't need the right email is a great use for me.
