Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I personally use Groove for few things: send mass personalized emails, schedule meetings, and auto-log emails with clients. Groove helps me save a lot of time and improve productivity.

Pros

  • Send mass personalized email

  • Auto-log emails

Cons

  • Provide the capability to send mass emails to email addresses that are not connected to Salesforce
  • Provide the capability to create a personalized Zoom meeting room for each scheduled meeting
  • Flow
  • Scheduler
  • Automatic Logger
  • For me personally, it helps me save time for administrative works.
Pretty handy with features that I need: Flow, Scheduler, and automatic logger.
I'm just a user, was not involved in purchase decision.

  • If you want to automatically log all your emails with your clients in Salesforce, then Groove is the right tool for you.
  • If you want to send mass, personalized emails to your clients (for example for feature announcements), then the Flow feature is for you.
  • If you want to give a link to your clients where they can schedule a meeting with you, then Groove also can help with that.
