We use Groove predominantly in sales roles at Uber. This solution really enables us to always follow up with prospects and it saves us loads of time because it is automated and I am able to save many different flows so that my communication is industry-specific and impactful!
- Set and Forget - My communication continues while I focus on other parts of my role
- Versatile - I can get really creative with my comms or I can use a template from other professionals within my organization
- Great Stats - I am able to see how my campaigns perform.
- This may be my fault, but I have found that when I make a mistake - like selecting the wrong day - I can't go back and change it after I have saved the flow
- I would love to see dates - maybe a pop-up calendar when I select the days I want the comms to go out. Numbering the days sometimes gets confusing
