Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove to craft automated emails to our customers with personalization and cadence. This allows us to not over email our customers and for the emails to seem more personal and organized. We also use the scheduler tool to set up training with our customers. We are able to pull in large lists and mass email them and track clicks/opens and manage responses ethically.

- Tracks engagement in emails to gauge the performance and follow up strategy.

- Pulling reports could be more specific, like custom date windows or time of day top engagements and pulling data by flow vs. all flows we send.
- Top email flows based on users across a company.
- Recommended improvements to email subject lines or length/ease of reading emails to make them better.
