Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to craft automated emails to our customers with personalization and cadence. This allows us to not over email our customers and for the emails to seem more personal and organized. We also use the scheduler tool to set up training with our customers. We are able to pull in large lists and mass email them and track clicks/opens and manage responses ethically.
  • Schedules emails by accessing your Google Calendar availability.
  • Sends automated emails with custom merge fields.
  • Tracks engagement in emails to gauge the performance and follow up strategy.
  • Pulling reports could be more specific, like custom date windows or time of day top engagements and pulling data by flow vs. all flows we send.
  • Top email flows based on users across a company.
  • Recommended improvements to email subject lines or length/ease of reading emails to make them better.
  • Automated Emails.
  • Automated Reports to pull members into flows.
  • Custom merge fields.
  • Calendar scheduler.
  • Well organized and timely outreach to customers to increase engagement.
  • Increases scheduled appointments using the scheduler.
  • Our reps can run multiple outreach campaigns to customers and track their effectiveness and not over email if our customers use more than one product.
It is super easy to use and symbols, communication, and ease of finding data are easy. I'd say the way you organize flows and find them is a bit wonky and could use some improvement. I love how you can pull data about people in a sidebar while sending emails and update their records in Salesforce as well.
Groove has way better features and is easier to use. Yesware did allow you to organize your flows by folder which was nice. I am not a fan of the labels in Groove, I think they are pointless.

Yes

Did implementation of Groove, a Clari company go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Groove, a Clari company again?

Yes

I like how it tracks engagements and notifies you if a person is already in another campaign. I wish there was a better sorting (like folders) for groove flows to be stored in. Right now we can only store templates. If a person completes a FLow they shouldn't appear as "still being in that flow" Groove has limits to the number of emails and has limited merge fields you can pull directly from Salesforce.
