It's A Groove Thing!
Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove daily to make calls and drop my voicemails. I can organize how and where to create a flow to have them in. If you are a business you can have your new business and certain categories separated for you to call. I record many different voicemails to be able to leave them automatically. Groove also provides templates for your emails which is nice to have.
Pros
- Voicemails.
- The ability to see who you are calling, city, state and time.
- The ability to leave notes.
- I can transfer a call to another person while on a current call which is awesome.
- I move the Groove tool all around my page. I can minimize it or slide it to the left or right. I love moving it around on my page.
Cons
- I would like to see more results such as giving you the ability to choose your number to dial.
- Ability to add additional # from the screen.
- Sometimes it slows down for about 5 min and the screen will disappear and return.
- Easy to utilize.
- Templates, and suggestions.
- Multi-function dial pad and note taking.
- Works well with other CRM's.
- I love that I have the ability to go straight into another CRM from the home screen.
- It is a time-saver, I can see who I called prior.
- It saves money by allowing me to call up to 100 calls per day without manually doing it.
I have not utilized other products, other than a traditional phone.
