Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to track and manage email sales campaigns and to follow up with prospective clients. I also use the product to get in front of decision-makers and keep them in the loop with new products and services, Groove helps me stay organized by tracking the success of email outreach by keeping me on top of who is opening my outreach.

Groove is very user-friendly and easy to use. It is intuitive due to the fact that everything is laid out in a simple and easy-to-read manner. Groove allows for different team members to share templates seamlessly allowing the whole team to utilize more successful templates, this also allows the team to send more uniform outreach to potential partners.

Groove is well suited for keeping tabs on mail merges and for saving commonly used email templates for various levels of your sales process. Groove makes it easy to get emails out at all steps of your process rather than having to do each message individually. Mail merges in the past took a lot of time and expertise to do correctly, groove makes it easy
