Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to track emails, campaigns, lead follow-up cadences, and more.
  • Provides a clean user interface with well organized entries.
  • Sends notifications regularly with both actions and metrics to keep you on top of things.
  • Returns useful data from campaigns and email flows.
  • Being able to go back a step while setting up a flow is not possible. This can be annoying when you would like to get the flow set up properly the first time around.
  • Groove flows.
  • Groove cadences.
  • Groove dialer.
  • Salesforce integration.
  • Larger reply rates.
  • Increased follow up capabilities.
  • Salesforce integration ensures you don't do any work twice.
Because it is easy to use and relatively simple to learn.

Campaigns on Groove are very easy to set up and execute and are way more efficient than manually sending out email blasts to your target list. You also get insights into openers and clickers which is a big plus.
