When you do your prospection - move it to groove!
Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is a fantastic tool to prospect new Accounts & Contacts without missing any need for follow-up. I use groove mostly to prospect before I am in an active conversation with someone. The business problems Groove addresses are, that in Sales constant follow-up leads to successful conversations. Groove reminds you to do that follow-up, so you will never miss reaching out. I reach out to approximately 70 new people per week, adding them to my flows. Without Groove, it would be impossible to continuously contact them.
Pros
- Automated actions, log everything in Salesforce automatically, so your account lists and their conversation status are up to date.
- Creating templates and being able to personalize them easily with merge fields.
- Constant follow-up.
- Analytics: understand the performance of your emails & flows.
Cons
- Move people in the same flow, to a different step.
- You should be able to log a call using the sidebar of Groove if you're in Gmail for example.
- When you add "Track activity" when sending emails, sent emails are more likely to land in spam.
- Automated actions.
- Groove sidebar.
- Merge fields.
- Increased productivity.
- Updated Salesforce, so easier filtering, less time spent on figuring out the conversation status.
