Groove is an application that we use to have smoother transactions with our clients. Analytics helps us track our daily productivity and the option to remind us to email our clients. Tracking the activity gives us a signal when to contact our clients in a timely manner. Overall, Groove is a great application.

Groove gives us our daily productivity record, it has the option to log a call, which helps us increase our productivity. Gives us more visibility into our client's activity to the email that we sent, this feature helps us reach our quota in a timely manner. All in all, the groove is really great.
