Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is quite help full to me since it has some features that we can view if the recipient already viewed my emails, you will be able to see when and how many times they viewed it. There is also a feature that is quite helpful that we can log it or integrate our email thread to our salesforce software so that we can follow through our previous conversations.
  • you will be notified when the recipient already viewed the email you've sent.
  • you can integrate or log your email on your salesforce software
  • you can also set some schedule and make notifications so that you won't forget some important appointments or emails
  • there are times that the view option where you can see if the recipient already saw you're email, sometimes it is not working
  • some restaurants accounts that we are trying to search in the log thread is not showing as well
  • more features when it comes to fonts

  • it helps you also correct your grammar

Groove has been helpful to our company but the reason I only give 9 it is because there is always room for improvement, Like when we try to search a certain account to log it on our salesforce sometimes it is not showing any result. There are times that the view option where you can see if the recipient viewed the email sometimes it is not showing.

Groove is more helpful for me and it standouts because it is a user friendly, easy to navigate and has a lot of features. It helps me to strategies my sales pitch how I position myself to get the deal done. and it is also quite cheap compare to other competitors.

Groove is well suited especially when you are dealing with people who are most likely want to have a conversation with email, especially those are the people who has a language barrier it help us to connect to more people, also it helps you to be reminded when it comes to emails that you have sent whether the recipient were able to read it or not.
