Use for additional information on anything AAA to secure a renewal by answering additional questions. It holds lots of information to help quickly.
- Has many folders with different information for each club we call
- Provides additional information that's not regularly posted in other places
- Great place to go for random questions from members
- Not a fan of the black background and white boxes; contrast is not appealing to me personally
- Softer colors would be more stimulating
- So much information there
- Organized neatly
- Simple design
- It has helped me get answers quickly for members and secure renewal vs. saying let me get back to you
- Helps to be professional and have reliable information
