Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto is used by our HR team to keep track of employment documents, payroll, and benefits for our US-based employees. Gusto is super simple to use. Payroll is automatically run weekly. Gusto also keeps track of all tax documentation for our employees and creates all tax forms at the end of the year. We love Gusto!

I would definitely recommend Gusto for employers that have 50 or fewer employees. I can see Gusto becoming a little cumbersome above that many employees. It is also best for employers who only have employees in the US. As an international company, we have to use a separate system for our international employees. However, Gusto makes payroll and benefits management so easy! And employee onboarding is a breeze!
