Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
I am a controller and have several clients who use Gusto. I find it to be very user-friendly and a great resource for my clients. Gusto guides the user step-by-step through each process, ensuring that no details are left out. I feel comfortable knowing that someone is looking out for my clients and that Gusto is always available to answer questions.

- Being on the east coast, if I have questions I need to wait until 10am to be able to reach anyone
