Replicon Time & Attendance and PeopleGuru

Gusto is much easier to navigate. Also, Gusto's customer service agents are English speakers whereas Replicon's agents are in India and very difficult to understand. We decided to switch our payroll service to PeopleGuru because it offers us a one-stop for all of our payroll, timekeeping, human resources, and benefits needs.
