Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto has been a super user friendly way to do payroll, time off, sick pay, and salary tracking. With a small business of under 5 employees, it's been practical and useful for all to use to see their payroll dates, submit time off requests, and see pay periods throughout the year. I've found it very easy to setup and use and it feels very safe.

Pros

  • Clarity with payroll and tax breakdown
  • Ease of requesting time off and sick pay
  • Feels safe and interface is easy to navigate.

Cons

  • I would like if employees with basic access were able to request changes, instead of needing an admin level person to enable them
  • made it easier for employees to see data saving time overall
easy to use, straightforward interface. feels trustworthy
