Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

My organization uses Gusto as a bank and timesheet. Without Gusto, we would need a different way to direct deposit or receive paychecks. Gusto works really well, as we receive a portion of our pay 1-2 days early. It is convenient and helpful.

Pros

  • Direct Deposit.
  • Remind about not clocking out.
  • Close out the tab when it is not being used so that others are unable to access.

Cons

  • When I went to check my pay period, the website shut down.
  • Negative- Sometimes the pay is late.
It is very easy and simple to use. The Health insurance options and usability were very simple. Gusto also updates very quickly. Clocking in and out is very simple. Accessing everything you need is quick and efficient. It is very easy to change where you would like your money to go when it needs a quick change.

Gusto is very good when you need to deposit money in a bank. I can find my time and pay stubs, and I also love the savings option for "Rainy Days." I can log on from home and check my time, pay, and pay stubs all in one place, which I love.
