Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto is our onboarding system, records management, and time tracking system. You can customize onboarding and offboarding tasks and assign them to various staff to make it much easier to track what has been done and by whom. I use it daily and highly recommend it to any company looking to organize their employees and easily use it as a document repository.

Pros

  • Time Management.
  • Time Off Requests.
  • Document Repository.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding tasks.

Cons

  • More robust task management.
  • Prior to Gusto, we used a payroll company and were at their mercy to get the items fixed or changed.
Super easy and user-friendly. We have a good-sized staff, and not one has had issues navigating the system.
Previously, we had to rely on someone else to make changes and updates; now, using Gusto, we can manage it all in-house.

We use Gusto for our time management and onboarding. It is an excellent tool for tracking and housing employee handbooks, contracts, commission breakdowns, and any disciplinary action. It is a one-stop shop for us; we do not have to use any additional systems as a supplement. Previous to using Gusto, we had a payroll company. Gusto allows us much more control and independence.
