Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
I find them very helpful as far as having one location where I can view all of my paychecks, and work information. Especially where I don't interact with my coworkers as much at this job, I like how customer friendly it is. It helps me keep track of my hours, and makes it an easy process to get paid.

- I forget to add my hours occasionally.
- I am not familiar with this process, it is outside of my scope.
I have had a variety of jobs in the past that have used different services. To be honest, I don't remember all of them because I really didn't utilize them. This system has been the first streamlined access to my employment information that I have used regularly instead of waiting until something urgent happens, and I have to talk to my physical HR person to remind me how to access it online.
