Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Gusto is used as our organizations Payroll, paid time off, and benefits. It really is a one stop shop for us employees and is a breeze to use! It allows us to have direct contact with our leadership team and to be able to actually see the hours that we are working as well as break down of pay...all from an app!

- Entering leave
- Providing paychecks
- Sending reminders regarding benefits and entering time
Cons
- Better way to see benefits on the app
- Entering time functionality, sometimes the minutes will adjust without me changing them.
- Payments on time
- Easy access to benefits
- Explanations of benefits
- Reminders
