Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for all types of HR management, like time recording, benefits, PTO, etc.. The user interface is excellent. Gusto makes it extremely easy to clock in/out. Editing my time and requests to use PTO are extremely easy and very straightforward. Selecting and navigating through the benefits portal is very simple and Gusto lays it out perfectly.

Pros

  • Paystubs are very clear and easy to access.
  • Benefits are laid out nicely and clearly.

Cons

  • I wish Gusto is better suited for larger/growing companies, as my organization may be moving away from Gusto after growing.

Gusto is EASY.
Gusto is so easy and very user friendly. Navigating through the other sites is difficult and confusing. I have never had an easier time selecting benefits or splitting paychecks. Gusto gives me confidence that I have control over my paychecks and benefits.

Yes

Gusto is by far the easiest payroll/benefits/HR website that I have ever used. Gusto is ridiculously easy to use and choosing my benefits has never been easier. Time recording is perfectly clear, adjusting my time is easy. Using PTO and reading the banks of accrued PTO is so easy.
