Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I use it to log my hours, request time off and also for monthly calendar overviews. It helps me stay organized for any holidays or upcoming time off. It's super user friendly and intuitive. There really is not a learning curve for use. I would recommend to any new business needing HR services.

Intuitive, no learning curve. One area I would improve is it logs out too quickly.
I have not used any other product. My most recent jobs all used Gusto.

Super user friendly, easy way to track hours and request time off. I would not use it though for tasks such as calendar meetings/events; it does not have that capacity.
