Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

For our organization we use Gusto for payroll, submitting clock hours, time off, expenses and much more. This is where I did most of my onboarding as well. We can utilize Gusto for both internal and external transfers of paychecks. There is also great benefits through Gusto. It has been really easy to navigate for both app and desktop.

Usability

Usuability is good, I recently began to use Gusto and I like the system except for the fact that the desktop platform doesn't align with the app across android and iPhones. From what I have heard the app doesn't agree with androids for clocking in/out. I haven't experienced that due to my use of an iPhone.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would recommend Gusto based off of initial use of the system. There hasn't been any blaring problems or difficulties that I have experienced so far, there is always room for improvement but overall I feel as if the system is pretty user friendly. Not sure what the cost is as an administrator but hopefully low.
