Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

It is our payroll platform. We also use for surveys, reimbursements, benefits, and communication. It makes it easy for a small company like ours to easily and clearly function when it comes to finances and other miscellaneous areas. The tool is user friendly, easy for any beginner to use. It helps employees easily see what they're receiving, missing, etc.

As a beginner, I was easily able to pop right in the app and start using. I didn't use a tutorial or pointers, for a nearly 30 year old professional it was incredibly straightforward. I would absolutely assume this app is easy for all ages to understand and navigate.

As an employee, I was able to easily find discrepancies in my pay. I looked through all my pay stubs on the app, they're easy to find and it is very organized. I think the app is very transparent and easy for employees and employers to use. There has never been an instance where I did not find Gusto useful.
