Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I receive payroll through Gusto and use it to track benefit contributions as an employee.

Pros

  • Tracks 401K and HSA contributions
  • Timely payroll, always
  • Easy to update employee info

Cons

  • Make 401K and HSA contributions to-date viewable without opening a pay stub
  • Automatically calculate how much left I have to contribute to 401K and HSA each year
  • Make HSA contributions calculable to the cent, so I can contribute the exact max
  • Everyone likes being paid quickly
  • It saves staff time
  • It keeps people happy
