Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for everything it has to offer. From time tracking and payroll to hiring teams and reimbursements. We even have a clock in station at our office with an iPad that is strictly used for Gusto.

Pros

  • Time tracking - including breaks
  • hiring teams - being able to have listings such as job openings or internships that people can apply for right on the website

Cons

  • I don't think much needs to be changed other than possibly the hiring section could be cleaner
  • you should have an alarm when you're lunch break or normal break is almost up!
  • Gusto has kept us on track for payroll ever since we first started using it
  • Gusto has also been a great place to have all of our applicants reach out and keep it in one place - I just feel like it could use some more work on the functionality of the page
It is super easy to use. Whether you are tech savvy or not, Gusto is a user friendly platform that doesn't take long to learn the ins and outs of all of the tabs

Gusto is great for all things expense tracking. However, I would say Gusto could use some work on the hiring section.
