Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Love using Gusto for payroll. It's a one stop easy peasy shop! The platform is simple and easy to navigate and we can have an admin account plus our individual accounts. If we ever have to stop or cancel payroll, it's easy to do. Or if we have to change payroll, that's also easy. We run payroll currently in three different states and the system figures out all of the taxes and withholdings for each. We are thankful for this system being a part of our workflow to make our business a success.

Quickbooks has been very clunky for us in the past and not as streamlined or intuitive of a platform has Gusto has proved to be. Gusto, in my opinion, is simply easier to understand, easier to navigate and easier to manage and work in than Quickbooks. All things that you'd be looking for in a payroll platform/manager.
