Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for payroll and document signature and exchange for employees. It's great for organizing teams, tracking performance and seamlessly organizing our remote employee data including birthdays, hometowns, and even some of the fun stuff like favorite foods.

Cons

  • Toggle week vs pay period view
  • Reduced payroll time
Great and well laid out platform with a general workflow that makes sense.
More suited for W-2 employee management
