Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
I use it for time keeping, including clocking in and out and requesting time off. The biggest problem I have is when paychecks are processed. I have one of those "get paid early" banks and have never received my paycheck before like 1PM EST. I do like how easy it is to update pay distributions and edit time.

UKG is just annoying and hard to navigate. Paylocity is more similar to Gusto but just not quite as user friendly - thought Paylocity DOES do Payroll processing a bit earlier. Workday is the most frustrating site in the world.
