Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto to pay all of our team members. We are able to keep time tracking including getting exact clocking in and clocking out times for accuracy with each of our teammates. It keeps everything in the same place which helps save money. In the past we would have these tasks spread out across various platforms.

Pros

  • The clock in and clock out feature is spectactular.
  • Scheduling mass payments to multiple team members/employees
  • Easy to learn and use for both pay administrator and employees

Cons

  • Faster turnaround time for processing payments
  • Payouts at a consistent time would be nice
It is easy to use for all parties involved. Both the accounting side and our general employees have found Gusto to be very user friendly.
Gusto has everything in one place for our employees to track their timing and get paid on time. Other platforms like Stripe have required us to combine various platforms to achieve time tracking as well as timely payouts.

For small businesses like ours, it it such an easy way to do everything in one place. Especially the clock in and clock out feature.
