Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We have used Gusto for all of our Payroll, Time Tracking, & Documentation for employees. It has been very useful, & all of our times we needed to reach out to customer support it has been very easy to walk through and has not been a battle to get on the line with a real person. The way it is setup has worked very well for our Payroll needs.

In my opinion Gusto does much better on Payroll although Gusto doesn't have the financial tracking piece that Quickbooks has. We still utilize Quickbooks for that portion but Gusto is night and day difference on the payroll portion of what you are able to do and the ease of use.
