JHabana Gusto Review
Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
I mainly Gusto to receive my paystubs and set up direct deposit and make donations. I also use it to request time-off, use vacation hours and post sick days. It allows the employee to easily manage such things with minimum communication with HR or their supervisor. It also makes the entire process easier and more straight foreword. It also makes it easier to donate to charities and non-profits.
Pros
- Track paystub records clearly and simply
- easy to understand and clean interface
- keep track of remaining out-of-office hours
Cons
- It can be hard to find the charity or non-profit I'm looking for. Instead of just a search bar, also add a list of all organizations within the Gusto system. Have tabs or filters that allow you to only organizations of a certain category (environmental, health, foreign aid, etc.)
- Provide additional benefits for the Gusto bank account to make it more competitive with other banks.
- This might not be feasible, but allow us to link our bank account or credit accounts to Gusto so we can use Gusto's spending tracker without having a Gusto bank account
- Donations are much easier and can easily be tracked for tax purposes
