Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Our use case is a small business with under ten employees. The problems solved include reduced HR expenses and ease of payroll. I personally use the direct deposit paycheck split and direct charitable giving. The comprehensive dashboard shows very pertinent information and we all enjoy being able to check hours, pto, and pay status.

Pros

  • ease of use and navigability.
  • The number of base package features.
  • ease of time card corrections.

Cons

  • The current functionality fits our needs.
  • We don't have an HR department or a payroll roll department, so there's the savings in staffing cost are significant.
Gusto has a good use of white space, clear labels,and isn't flashy or over colored. The simplicity of design is a plus. in addition, all of the features say what they do and do what what they say; no fake business jargon.
