Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

on boarding is and paycheck tracking are the key uses. Reducing the amount an employee has to spend on either of these tasks seems to be the key benefit. Being an engineer, I have little other use for Gusto.

Cons

  • better clarity for where/how to upload I9 documents/IDs
works well for most everything. Only I9 documentation was clunky.

Streamlined HR portal. Better than most. For a startup, this is great. Potentially lacks features/automation is not robust enough for large organizations (500+).
