Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto for payroll, time tracking, and onboarding paperwork. It addresses accurate time tracking and revisions. This helps use to manage our paid hours ourselves as employees without the need to contact our supervisors. Our supervisors are then able to approve or disapprove our recorded ours. This is the majority of our use.
Pros
- Transparent updates regarding pay schedule
- Autonomy when recording hours
- Notifying users when documents or other information is required
Cons
- Estimated pay calculation adjusted for local taxes
- Access to policy information when signing up for insurance benefits
- Automatic saving deposits
- It has allowed me to construct real and viewable funding plans for my future
- It automatically populates any changes made
- It encourages saving and safe spending
QuickBooks often has delays in payment processing, but is usually reliable in present pending payments. It lacks accessibility for employees and makes time tracking more difficult because of the need for another service or application. Employees are not able to edit their own paid hours from QuickBooks or many other applications in its family.
