Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I use Gusto to track my time for my job and to look at my paystubs. It addresses the problem of having multiple softwares for multiple items. It's the all in one software! The scope of my case is around 70 employees. Everyone uses this platform, every single day!

Pros

  • User friendly and enjoyable design
  • My personal information is safe
  • opportunity for growth

Cons

  • I want to see exactly when I will clock 8 hours of work
  • the documents section could use improvements
  • I don't want to see the things I am not using, like the performance section
  • Gusto has made it easy for employees to get their paystubs which makes them feel in control of their money
  • I believe Gusto is fairly affordable for my company, making it a good choice in the long run
  • Gusto interacts with tax software, making it easier for my employees to file their taxes
I give it this rating because as a graphic designer, I love the visual design! As someone who also enjoys UI/UX, I love the ease of navigation around the application, both online and on my phone. I never have to search for anything, I know exactly where to find it. Gusto is self-explanatory!

Gusto is well suited to address the need of time tracking and keeping record of every time I clock in and every time I clock out, right down to the very minute. There is rarely anything that needs to be fixed with this application and/or software. I love Gusto!
