Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Gusto for PTO request/ calendar as well as to payment and insurance. I am an employee so I use it for these purposes.

Alerts pay schedule
made choosing benefits easy
is not boring to look at

Cons

It is weird that I do not get paid til mid day
I wish the calendar was easier to use
nothing else really!

I love how easy it is to use it. Usually when you start a new job it is daunting and choosing insurance, linking your direct deposit, and filling out new hire forms is really confusing and always leaves me questioning. Gusto made it so easy and also it was completed so quickly.

Alternatives Considered

ADP Global Payroll

Gusto is first of all much cuter and I love the design of it and how it makes super boring things fun. I also love how simple it is and there are not as many "hidden" part of the system. Getting reimbursements through ADP was truly a horrible experience but not through Gusto!

I think it is perfect for a company of any size my company and husbands company both use it and they are of different capacity. Also, getting reimbursements is super quick and painless through Gusto which is not the normal situation. Also, choosing insurance plans has never been easier! Also it is cute.
