Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for employee daily hours with clocking in and out as well as employee time off. We also use it for employee document keeping for taxes and handbooks, etc.

Pros

  • User Friendly, Easy to Learn
  • Accurate Record Keeping
  • Everyone loves the mascot piggy.

Cons

  • Unsure at the moment, overall been pretty happy with Gusto
  • It's certainly helped with employee record keeping
  • Has made things more efficient
I don't have any issues with Gusto, I think it's a great system for what we use it for.
We were recommended Gusto and have been with it ever since. We haven't used any similar products before.

The options on the left side pane are pretty thorough and accurate. The entire platform is really easy to navigate and to use. The Gusto app is the same as well - love that there is an app for convenience and it is very easy to use and navigate. There haven't been many issues that I can recall.
