Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am an employee who uses it for payday tracking, expense management and taking PTO. I use it weekly, if not nearly daily, and find it easy to use. I use both the app and the desktop suite. I find both simple but do find it cumbersome to switch between the two if needed.

Usability

The only reason this got dropped to an 8 is because the expense reimbursement isn’t available on the app. It is really inconvenient to have to log into the desktop version to submit expenses when the app only takes me 10 seconds to log into on my phone.

Alternatives Considered

Workday Payroll and Workforce Management

Another company I work for utilizes workday and I really dislike it. It is difficult to use and navigate around, sends a multitude of emails that get overwhelming, and the app is not simple or user friendly at all.

I think Gusto is very useful for large companies with a lot to keep track of. I work for another company who uses workday and I find gusto MUCH easier to use and navigate around. I find that in Workday I miss deadlines, etc. Overall, I think Gusto is useful for keeping track of the things I need to keep track of.
