Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I am an employee as well as a supervisor. I use Gusto for time keeping for myself and also approve my supervisee's hours. The organization I work for is a mental health group practice.

Pros

  • allows for quick and easy modification.
  • Sends requests for time off and communication
  • The approval process is easy.

Cons

  • When adding a time slot, if you click out of the box it erases everything you just input.

It is really easy to use. The app is great too.
Gusto is just easier and more affordable for a small business.

I think for small business it is great. For a larger sized organization I'm not sure how beneficial it could be. As I only have limited ability within my role with Gusto, I don't have much more to say about the experience. I think it does what it needs to do.
