Gusto is Straightforward

Gusto is used by our call center to keep time of log in and out by the agents and keep those pay checks coming on time while being correct. We use this to get documents signed by all workers that are relevant to the HR Department and Corporation overall. Agents utilize the easy to understand options when requesting PTO or Unpaid Time Off. The Gusto App really simplifies but of course I prefer the portal personally. Gusto helps me have access to enrolling into company benefits which is wonderful, so exciting to have access to everything with Gusto. It's so easy to track my hours. There is an option to set up Performance goals and track those which is fun. I have access to paystubs and able print them when I need them. There's a nice referral incentive as well for telling companies about Gusto and if they sign up Gusto will send you a generous check.
