Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Gusto handles our payroll. The change from our previous payroll company have brought ease of use for employees like me for human resources matters regarding pay and benefits. I use it to obtain pay checks, manage spending, create savings, access benefits and make changes to my employee information and benefits as necessary and can do it all online.
Pros
- accurate breakdown per pay period of all allocations, taxes, etc
- expense tracking
- help assistance is fast and efficient
- The ability to transfer funds or save funds
- add on benefits
Cons
- transfer of funds to an outside bank that doesn't take 3 days
- I'm not in that department so cannot answer this question
