Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for payroll services such as biweekly payments to employees, 401k management, and PTO management.

Pros

  • 401k management through Guideline
  • ease of use for management and employees
  • PTO management

Cons

  • mileage tracking would be fantastic!
  • requires very little time to manage
  • allows me to utilize my time elsewhere in my business
So easy to use - for employees, they can log on and quickly find PTO, days off tracking, direct deposit, and benefits.
