Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto is used as the main and only human resources platform for US based employees in the company I work for. Gusto is used to keep track of employees' information, documents, vacations, days off, paystubs, taxes, company structure, benefits, contracts, performance review and reimbursement for expenses. Gusto integrates all necessary workflows and documents HR departments and/or hiring managers should keep track of.

  • Updates in taxes (e.g., FICA exempt cases)
  • Documents required to upload by non-US citizens
  • It saved us from having a super complex HR department.
  • During the first months of the startup, the founders could manage everything without hiring a dedicated HR person.
Gusto has it all! It is a very easy to use human resource platform for keeping track of employees paystubs, vacations, taxes, documents, expenses, benefits, performance review, salary increases, and many more! I have never had an unresolved issue with Gusto. Their customer support team always replies on a timely and professional manner.
Overall, Gusto was the easiest human resources platform to use. Its UI is very intuitive and no complex at all. It is very simple to find anything you want, update information when needed and much more. Its price is fair and it is less expensive than other HR platforms. Overall, we considered that Gusto was the best HR platform for startups and small businesses.

Gusto is well suited for all types of organizations regardless of their size. I found it to be extremely useful specially for startups and small organizations, since hiring managers would be able to have every HR document on hand with easy access. I honestly do not see an instance where I would not recommend Gusto to an organization.
