Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I have been using Gusto for 8 years to run payroll for my small business. It has made my life so much simpler! I never worry about my employees receiving their pay on time, taxes being paid, W2s filed and really appreciate the time saving aspects of having all of these done for me, so that I can concentrate on my business. Onboarding is simple and efficient. Support is quick and always able to answer my questions. I have recommended Gusto to several friends who run small businesses and will continue to do so

  • Sometimes gathering reports can be confusing
  • Gives me more time to work on my business rather than doing busy work
