Sometimes the website interface can feel slow transitioning between things but those are only on days when I'm particularly impatient. Most websites are too bloated now and this is one of them. That doesn't mean it's unclear how to do what I need to do, though, and I commend Gusto for making the tasks I need to do not feel overwhelming!

Alternatives Considered

ADP Global Payroll

ADP was a pain to use. Gusto is easier and I don't feel overwhelmed. I've also saved some money with Gusto in comparison, though not a large amount.

In a small business where focus is better spent on growing the business, Gusto is a straightforward solution for handling boring yet important aspects of the business liked paying people and keeping the government from getting upset. I don't have a huge company so I'm not sure if it's cost-effective for that type of situation, but for a small business this is my favorite I've experienced.
