Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We used Gusto for onboarding new employees, conducting payroll and employee taxes.

Pros

  • Customer Service
  • HR Knowledge Support
  • They made sure we were on top of everything and caught things that we didn't even know we were missing.

Cons

  • I can't think of anything glaring off the top of my head
  • It's positively impacted my management and understanding of our employee taxes
It's extremely user friendly.
Gusto is incredibly user friendly and leaves you with a step by step guide of what you need to do, what you're missing and helps catches everything you might have missed.
