Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for payroll, this is done easily each pay period. Reminders to get this done are so valuable in a busy office and really appreciate how easy it is to modify a submitted payroll, because sometimes I have to adjust hours or commission income.

Pros

  • Answering my questions quickly
  • Quickly answering the phone and not putting me on hold for 20 minutes like my prior company
  • Showing me how to do things so next time I can do myself

Cons

  • I do get a bit confused on setting up reports but I think I get it now.
  • Not having to spend a lot of time on payroll has allowed me to direct my time elsewhere making me more efficient and productive.
I think the set up is easy to use, but like anything it may take a couple of tries before totally familiar.

I needed help updating a submitted payroll and my prior payroll company charged me if I had to make a change to a submitted payroll. However, the Gusto rep showed me how to do it easily and without an added charge, love it!
