Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto to handle payroll, benefits, onboarding, time tracking, and vacation requests. It’s helped us streamline HR tasks, stay compliant, and save time. Everything’s in one place, which makes it easier for both the team and management. We use it company-wide for both salaried and hourly employees, and it’s been a great fit as we grow.

Overall great! It has a clean, intuitive interface that’s easy to navigate for both admins and employees. Tasks like running payroll, requesting time off, or onboarding new hires are simple and streamlined. While there’s room for improvement in advanced features and reporting, it’s a strong platform for small to mid-sized teams looking for an all-in-one HR solution.
We found Gusto to be a better fit for our size and needs. Gusto is much more user-friendly and transparent with pricing. It’s easier to set up, and we liked that everything, from payroll to benefits to time tracking, is in one place without feeling overly complex. ADP felt geared toward much larger companies, while Gusto gave us flexibility and a more modern, intuitive experience.

I really enjoy using Gusto. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, with intuitive navigation and clearly labeled links. I truly appreciate never having to waste time clicking around to find what I need. The visuals are both fun and engaging, adding to an overall pleasant experience. Compared to other providers in the market, Gusto is truly a step above!
