Gusto is a game changer
Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We run payroll in two states, house employee documents, have integrated benefits of our choosing, and use the time tracking feature which saves hours of work each month. Additionally, Gusto makes it easy to file payroll taxes and operate in multiple states. I have no concern to continue growing at the rate we have and expanding into more states knowing that Gusto will be there to support us.
Pros
- Integrate benefits
- Time tracking
- housing documents
Cons
- Customize permissions. I would love to give managers permissions to change pay for the people that report to them at annual reviews (but without seeing what other managers and those they report to make).
- Making signatures mandatory. If someone doesn't sign a document, continue sending it.
- This is given us back time - filing taxes on our behalf and time tracking integration specifically.
- Taking the liability that I felt away with regard to benefit integration.
We went from running payroll manually as ACH transactions through our bank straight to Gusto. We didn't look at other systems. Gusto checked all the boxes.
