Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto to process our payroll and to on-board all new employees. It organizes our employees PTO, Benefits, Taxes and Reimbursements all in one place and tracks them for our accounting purposes. Very Clean.

Pros

  • Great Record Keeping
  • Organizes all of our payroll information so that it is easy to access if needed
  • Customer service is always there when we have a question

Cons

  • Could be a little more intuitive based on past entries
  • The cost of Gusto is variable and that works great for the small business. They only charge you for what you need, rather than a large range.
Because it is so easy to work with. Changes are simple to make and it is organized in a way that all information is easy to access and amend if needed.
We chose them over another because it is streamlined and easy to use compared to our past system. It also gives us continuity in our processes.

Gusto is perfect for my small business needs in regards to payroll processing and bringing on new employees and setting them up with their tax paperwork and direct deposit.
